Spartek Inc. has recently installed a brand new 1500 Ton UBE ST injection
molding press. UBE is a leading supplier of high tonnage presses for the
automotive molding industry.

Spartek Inc.'s injection molding department is dedicated to giving

We have nine injection molding presses ranging from 150 tons to 1500 tons.
They include six VanDorn presses with Pathfinder controls. A 150, two 250's,
one 300, and two 450's. One 500 ton Reed with an Allen Bradley microprocessor
retrofit controller. Our 1000 ton UBE has a programmable computer controller
with variable clamp pressure for varying size molds. It also has a cartridge
system for storing processing settings for each mold. Our new 1500 ton UBE also
has these features and more!
We have been in the injection molding business for over thirty years. Our supervisory personel have 50 years of combined molding experience.
