We are proudly an all Malaysian company offering metal heat treatment services to the metalworking industry. We have been in operation since December 1993

We started operations at our old plant in Sungai Buloh since December 1993. But we have since moved to our new plant which is located at:-

OUR EQUIPMENT
The following equipment are operational at our Rawang plant.
Excel Heat aims to contribute in a significant way towards the industrialisation of Malaysia by providing our customers with heat treatment services that are unrivaled in terms of quality assurance. Furthermore we are committed to providing and maintaining excellence in service and in so doing, we aim to build a profitable long term business partnership with all of our customers.

OUR VERSATILITY
As you may have noticed, Excel Heat has invested in a range of furnaces which are capable of a wide range of heat treatment processes. This is in line with our objective to provide customers with a convenience of having a one-stop heat treatment shop where all their heat treatment needs can be met.
QUALIFIED MANAGER
Our plant continues to be managed by Mr BC Chuah who is a qualified metallurgist with over 10 years experience in heat treatment industries in Taiwan and Malaysia
RESEARCH & DEVELOPMENT
Where necessary, Excel Heat is capable of assisting in providing input to the research and development of our customers’ new products, where it relates to material selection and heat treatment. Where necessary Excel Heat can provide ongoing technical support to customers. Our managing director is a qualified metallurgist with over 10 years experience in the heat treatment industry.
QUALITY CONTROL
Excel Heat has invested in a comprehensive range of laboratory equipment and facilities. (Details following)

OUR SERVICE
In line with our aim of giving good service, we also offer pick-up and delivery services. Further our plant operates 24 hours a day to minimise lead time for delivery to our customers.
