WHERE WE ARE: Our farmstand is in the charming old part of downtown Ellsworth, close to the Main Street Bridge across the Union River.
From Bar Harbor, take route 3 to High street, Route 1 in Ellsworth. At the Dunkin' Donuts, turn left on Main Street, go through downtown and over the bridge. We are on the first corner on the left AFTER the bridge, next to Rooster Brothers. Turn into South Street for parking.
From Bangor take Route 1-A to Ellsworth. At the light by Dunkin' Donuts make a right, that's Main Street. Go through Downtown and over the bridge. We are on the first coner on the left AFTER the bridge, next to Rooster Brothers.
From Blue Hill or Deer Isle, or Bucksport, head down Bridge Hill toward downtown Ellsworth. We are the last street on the right BEFORE the bridge and BEFORE Rooster Brothers which is housed in the huge and you-can't miss-it Victorian building immediately before the bridge. If you pass South street, you can make aright turn into Rooster Brother's Parking lot and circle back around.
AND WHILE YOU"RE HERE...check out the great pots, pans, dishes, gourmet goodies at Rooster Brothers the Store for Cooks. AND if a fine meal is more immediately desired, THE UNION RIVER LOBSTERPOT is right across the street from us. We can vouch for the excellence of their food..we grow some of it ouselves!
