~Commercial Use~
(a) HLE is to be advertised by whomever finds it interesting but it must be advertised as in a way where the viewer is not freightened from HLE.
(b) HLE is to be used as a entertainment purpose web site and link exchange ONLY and there need not to be money involved.
~Web Site Guidelines~
(a) The website need not to have ANY links to links and/or links that have lot of adult language, nudity, harrassment, promotion of illegal and/or legal/un-illegal drugs. All websites will be checked.
(b) Website must have relation to hummer/humvee/HMMVW/ or other vehicles and/or four wheel drive products "promoted" on it.
(c) Website masters must be willing to give full-detailed description of any questionable TOS border-line breaker.
(d) Website masters must be willing to let me search there site periodically, for any new material.
(e) Website must not contain and racism/sexism/ or ethnicitism againt others.
(f) HLE Members must have the "HLE Indicator" within one (1) month of signing up for HLE, or it will result in there account being terminated.
~Do's and Do not's-~
(a) Do tell me when you change your site URL.
(b) Don't change your URL without telling me, doing so will result in HLE termination of your account.
(c) Do put new links on your page(s).
(d) Do not put adult-natured links on your sites, doing so will result in HLE termination of your account.
(e) Do ask me if you have any questions about the HTML I sent you.
(f) Do not change the HTML at your own will, doing so will result in HLE termination of your account.
(g) Do keep hummer or of same natured materials on your page. If you wish to change please tell me that you wish to quit HLE and change the nature of your site.
(h) Do not change the nature of your site without letting me know, and keeping the HLE banner on the site, doing so will result in HLE termination of your account.
