- Reservation by e-mail
- a. The reservation form is submitted by e-mail. Allgäuer Hotel Füssen cannot be held responsible for loss of data or possible accessing by others during the proces of sending.
- b. Possibly you do not want to send certain data by e-mail. When you want to refrain from sending the data by e-mail, you need to send it by fax, phone or letter.
- Reservation can only be processed when all the necessary data is provided.
- This reservation is regarded official and legal. You will receive a confirmation of the reservation by fax, when a fax number is provided, or otherwise by e-mail. This confirmation also contains a statement of the total amount to be paid.
- Once your reservation is confirmed 80% of the confirmed amount is charged when you cancel, or do not show up, as is determined by law.
- When you do not provide a creditcard number on your reservation form, you have inidicate when you will send it by fax or phone to the hotel (within a week of your reservation). The reservation will be held untill the time you have indicated. When at that time, or after a week, the creditcard number has not been received, the reservation is automatically cancelled.
