~Hypnosis~





~Hypnosis is not a trance~
~It is the Alpha State of Sleep~
~It deals with and is incorporated with the subconscious mind~
~It is the REM state of sleep~

~For example~
~Have you ever been so wrapped up
~in a sporting event~movie~activity~
~that when someone spoke to you~
~even though right by your side~
~you did not even hear them?~
~That was because your full concentration was elsewhere~
~Totally and Completely~
~That is absolutely a state of hypnosis~

~In part and most relavent~
~Hypnosis is the point of full concentration~
~HYPNOSIS IS THE POINT OF FULL CONCENTRATION~
~It is not giving up anything~
~It is total and deep~
~ONE CENTERED POINT~

~Though there are many ways and reasons~
~to be placed in this state of sleep~
~there is more to it than you know~

~It is not what you see on television~
~Through hypnosis~
~Anyone can overcome pain~
~Loose weight~
~Learn courses thought to be impossible~
~Stop smoking~
~and an entire list of negatives~
~including those traumatized~

~Some Therapist are more effective than others
~and there are many means to which one can allow
~Yes~allow~themselves to be in this sleep state~
~with any negative~
~as all~or in any level~

~The only people who can not be placed~
~in this state of hypnosis~
~are the insane and the feeble-minded~
~for these have no point of concentration~
~This is fact~
~You can however~
~stop yourself from being hypnotized~
~by sheer will~
~if you wish to~

~Before one judges hypnosis~
~first learn all there is to know~
~There are no negatives ever recorded about this~
~Do not believe the idiot box~
~Twenty five minutes of Hypnotic sleep~
~Is equal to at least six to eight hours~
~of completely rested and relaxed sleep~
