~"I WANT PEACE~AND THIS IS WHAT I NEED TO DO"~
~Take a piece of paper~draw a large circle in the center~
~Draw a Dot in the center of that circle~
~The dot in the center is your real life~
~It is what you were born with~

~Your Birth Gifts consist of Love~Joy~Hope~
~Adventure~Courage~Individualism~Creativity and Superfluous More~
~The outer circle is what society and life says we are~
~But in fact, we are not~

~You need to break this outer circle~~This is not Reality~
~It is but the worlds idea of what reality is~
~It is not you~
~They are only trying to guess and dictate to you~
~And Control All They Can~
~They are too afraid to be different~
~Afraid to be true to themselves~

~Close your eyes and go back to the very beginning~
~Your Center of your Being and Soul and Life~
~Say to yourself~"I WAS BORN TO LOVE~TO BE A FREE SPIRIT~TO BE ABLE TO SOAR~
~TO CLIMB~TO EXPLORE~TO LEARN~TO GROW~TO BE~
~I WILL BE THIS AGAIN AND THE TIME IS NOW"~

~Take three very deep breaths~Inhale deeply~As deeply as possible~
~And as you exhale~drop your weight completely~relax your muscles with each breath~
~Say~"I FEEL~I LOVE~I CARE~I AM A VITAL LIVING BEING~
~GIVEN LIFE FROM GOD TO LIVE~NOT BE A SOCIAL ROBOT~
~A PRODUCT AND VICTIM OF SOCIETY~
~I WAS NOT BORN TO LOSE AND JOIN THE PACK OF COP OUT ARTIST~
~I WILL NOT GO GENTLY INTO THAT GOOD NIGHT~
~I WILL NOT QUIT NOR WILL I LET OTHERS TELL ME MY WORTH~
~WHAT I CAN DO~OR WHAT I CAN NOT DO~
~I WILL NOT EVEN LET MYSELF STOP ME FROM TOTAL ONENESS WITH MYSELF~
~OR WHAT I WAS MEANT TO ACCOMPLISH~
~BEFORE GOD HIMSELF TAKES ME BACK INTO HEAVEN FROM WHICH I CAME~
~AS LONG AS I AM STILL ALIVE~
~I WILL LIVE~
~AND I WILL NOT STEP ON ANYONE TO ELEVATE MESELF~
~I DO NOT NEED TO DO THIS~
~I AM CAPABLE OF DOING ALL FOR IF I WERE NOT~
~GOD WOULD HAVE NOT GIVEN ME BIRTH~
~AND THE FACT THAT I AM ALIVE~
~PROVES I HAVE MUCH TO DO~
~AND MUCH TO ADD TO THIS WORLD~
~FOR ALL MANKIND~
