It copies
itself to C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM and as WIN.COM.BAT in the Windows
startup directory. It starts infecting mIRC's SCRIPT.INI by overwriting
the current file. Then it checks whether the file c0mmand.com exists
in the root directory, Then it overwrites the current file. It copies itself
as WINSTART.BAT at C:\WINDOWS, Then it creates a file called
MIRC.BAT.
