When a document infected with this virus is closed, it infects the global template by inserting its viral code to the ThisDocument stream. It does not re-infect the global template
by deleting any existing codes present before infecting it. When the global
template is infected, any subsequent closing of Word 97 document automatically
triggers the viral code and the virus infects by inserting its virus code
to the active document's ThisDocument
The virus also deletes the "Tools/Options" menu item. It also has a polymorphic characteristic, because it inserts comments between its codes | ||||||||
