Business and Estimating Decorative Painting is designed for
contractors, or those who wish to start a faux finishing business, who
have very little or no experience in faux finishing and have completed
the Level I course. This class will touch on proper estimating procedures,
take offs ,marketing and dealing with the customer.
The course includes a Business Manual with step by step
instructions for developing rates for different finishes, and how to close
your sales. this course is fast paced and the discussion is very open.
You are also entitled to free consolations for the material covered in
this course.

want to learn how to apply this high quality, water based faux encaustic
wall coating used for interior decoration. It is a versatile material that
lends itself to antique and modern settings. It can be colored, filled
with texture material and stained to simulate "Stucco Antico" and "Stucco
Venziano" It has the unique characteristic of achieving a gloss without
waxing.
