In order to complete the online course and receive your certificate indicating successful completion, you must do the following:


Take the appropriate test which is online. You must print out a hard copy of the test, place your answers in the places indicated. For questions requiring an essay type or sentence type response, please use a separate sheet of paper and make sure to indicate the number of the question you are answering. You may also respond by email by cutting and pasting your responses into the body of the email or sending as an attachment. 


Send a hard copy of your test answers with your check or money order for the course fee to:

Check or Money Order must be made out to:

Upon receipt of your course fee and your completed answer sheet, the test will be graded. You must attain a score of at least 75% in order for a certificate to be issued. The certificate will indicate the number of Contact Hours for the course and any CEU approvals from other organizations that have approved the course for continuing education.
