In order to be cost effective, workshops involving travel for our
consultants must have at least 20 participants. Unless otherwise
agreed upon in advance in writing, it will be the responsibility
of the group or organization requesting or sponsoring the workshop
to provide meeting space, refreshments, registration and pre-testing
for participants. In some cases, agreed upon in writing in advance,
the requesting organization may be asked to share a portion of the
travel and/or housing arrangements for our consultant(s).

When there are 30 or more participants in a group, two equal size 
groups will be arranged for at 2 different agreed upon times. For
larger groups, this will also be done such that no individual group
is less than 15 nor more than 20. This is done in order to provide
the maximum opportunity for individualized attention.

Special arrangements for very large groups or organizations will be
handled on an individual basis and specific arrangements agreed upon
in writing in advance.
