Frances Price, Ph.D.

Dr. Frances Price complete CISM training in 2001 and was employed as an Athletic Academic Counselor at the time of the accident.

Dr. Price received her doctorate in clinical psychology from the University of Wyoming in 1999. She is currently has a private practice in Laramie and also sees clients in Cheyenne at SMART Sports Medicine Center.
