This is a lovely ancient craft that is relaxing and rewarding to do. If you can trace a pattern, you can learn to do this craft. The basics of parchment crafts is tracing and embossing on translucent vellum paper. Once you learn to do this well, you can advance to perforating, which is piercing the paper with tools to give a lovely, lacey effect, and also coloring with many differnt medias.
