According to your letters, it is apparent that problems are being experienced by Pharma-Pact regarding the way MCC is executing its functions. The Department of Health would like to register its concern regarding this matter. Please be advised that this matter is being attended to. The Department will update you on the progress made in relation to this matter.
The Department hopes that this matter will be resolved amicably.
