Dear Dr. Zuma
PROPOSED REGULATION OF ALL NATURAL HEALTH SUBSTANCES AS MEDICINES
It has come to PHARMAPACT's attention that at the so-called Broad Based Reference Group meeting of the CMC today, a fraudulent attempt was made to set-up PHARMAPACT, via the mischievous portrayal of five individuals as representing PHARMAPACT as supporting the Listing System.
PHARMAPACT wish to reiterate for the record that for the reasons outlined in considerable official and public documentation, it does not recognize the jurisdiction of the prejudicially vested interest, non-representative, undemocratic, unconstitutional, and illegal jurisdiction of the BBRG and the CMC.
You are hereby formally notified that of these individuals, non have been mandated by PHARMAPACT to represent it at this unconstitutional forum, only one is a paid-up member, none are active members, none are office bearers and one has never at any stage been a member of PHARMAPACT.
We will refrain at this early stage from speculating as to why these individuals have apparently engaged in this fraudulent misrepresentation, but the PHARMAPACT Steering Committee wish to make it quite clear for the legal record that PHARMAPACT DOES NOT SUPPORT THE LISTING SYSTEM.
PHARMAPACT have outlined the principal reasons for this rejection of the listing system is substantial legal and scientific documents to yourself, the Director General, Medicines Control Council, Medicines Control Authority, the Dukes Review team, and the Public Protector. We have yet to receive an appropriate response as per our Constitutional rights.
PHARMAPACT have also repeatedly requested, in writhing, by registered mail, an appointment to discuss these issues with you, and have repeatedly requested an impartially hosted forum, called by public notice, to democratically thrash out the fraud that stands in the way of an APPROPRIATE SOLUTION.
PHARMAPACT urge you to take urgent cognisance of these serious issues and reasonable requests, and to grant us these fundamental Constitutional rights, so that whatever the eventual outcome, you will have a clear conscience and the chosen system will be Constitutional and have due legal standing.
We look forward in anticipation of an early and favorable response.
Yours sincerely
Stuart Thomson & Anthony Rees
