Alger Chamberlain Scott, Harriet Mercy Scott,  and  Rev. T. Royal Scott, along with their spouses, their mother and the youngest generation - Nancy Jean Feaver - gathered for the group pictures likely in 1944 or 1945.

The pictures may have been given as a momento during the visit of Rev. John Redford Scott, their cousin from Nova Scotia when his Canadian naval duties took him to California in 1946 and 1947.
Visits with family included pictures aboard the HMCS Uganda where John was Protestant Chaplain.
