Description:  A woman is ringing the salvation army bell and practically attacking people to try and start a conversation.  She finally gets one's attention and is so intrusive he agrees to give everything he has just to get her of his back.  When the man on the bench notices we find out that it's really his bell... see how the funny twist pans out.
