Positive State will always be one of my favorite bands from the DC area and I personally think this was their best release. Lyrics are very reminiscent of Born Against - very cynical, but with a sharp sense of humor. The music and vocals come together perfectly on this release. I can't say anything but good things about this release by Positive State. Majority Rule's first release is a bit rough around the edges, but still delivers the rock music. Fans of Majority Rule's newer stuff will hardly recognize them on this release. They kick out melodic punky hardcore with yelled/sung/talked/shouted vocals. Two songs and a joke oi song.
