Pricing
- All prices subject to change without notice.
- Not responsible for any price errors. Please call or email truc@4u.net to confirm.
- Prices do not include shipping costs.
- 8.25% sales tax applied to orders within California.
- A $7 shipping cost is applied to orders within California
- Out of State Customers do not pay sales taxes.
- Published prices reflect a cash discount.
- There is a 2% surcharge for Discover and a 3% surcharge for Visa and MasterCard credit cards.
- All sales are considered final after 30 days.
- A $25 charge will be imposed for each returned check.
2% interest will accrue each month for all overdue bills.
- Customer agrees to pay all collection expenses including, but not limited to, attorney's fee and court expense.
- We accept orders via our online order
form, via email to sales@truccomputer.com,
via fax to 775-255-3904 or via voice at 562-947-8872 between 8am-12pm and
7pm-9pm, Pacific Time Zone.
Shipping
- Published prices do not included shipping costs.
- We offer COD shipments for orders within the USA only.
- New customers are required to post a deposit for shipping costs before the order is processed.
The shipping cost deposit can be made by check, money order or Visa, Master or Discover credit card.
After the first order, we will ship COD without requiring a shipping cost deposit.

Unless requested by the customer, all parts will be shipped via UPS Ground Tracking.
- We can ship freight collect via UPS and FedEx for International (outside the USA) shipments.
Warranties
- All brand new parts (except CPUs) have a 1 year warranty.
- CPUs are warrantied for 30 days.
- Warranties exceeding 1 year are taken care of directly from the manufacturer.

Returning parts for RMA service
- For a damaged shipment, please report with UPS at 1-800-742-5877 or Fedex at 1-800-463-3339.
- To obtain an RMA number for returning defective parts, fill out this RMA form,

You can also call our Voice number (562-947-8872) between 8am to 1pm Pacific Time Zone
Please have a copy of the invoice ready when you call.
- Shipments without the RMA number on the shipping label will be refused.
- Returned merchandise must be accompanied with copy of the invoice and description of the problems.
- The Customer is responsible for shipping costs to send RMA items back to us.
COD shipments will be refused.
- All replacement RMA parts will be shipped out via UPS ground tracking.
- We do not offer cross shipment for RMA items.
- All return RMA numbers expire 30 days after date of issue.
- Physical damage voids all warranties.
- All Parts returned for refund or credit are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
- After 30 days, parts can not returned for refund or credit.
- Refund or credit will not be given if parts are returned with missing accessories.
