Safety - the risk of causing injury to workers during production, or providing an unsafe product.
Environment - the risk of damaging the environment through the production process or providing an environmentally unfriendly product.
Security - the risk of criminal activity during production or provision of a service.
Acotrel Risk Management Pty Ltd offers assistance to organisations, in management of these risk areas, by implementing an Integrated Risk Management System (IRMS) based on the principles in Australian Standard AS4581:1999 - Management System Integration, and incorporating ISO9000, ISO14000 and Australian Standards, AS4804, AS4444 and AS4360. The IRMS Consists of a Procedure Manual which reflects policies in a Management Policy Manual, which in turn reflects the desires expressed in the organisation's Mission, Vision and Values Statement.
Our company has experience in Project Management and Operational Risk Management as applied in manufacturing industry. (Appropriate control of Operational Risk has direct beneficial effects on Financial and Reputational Risk, and can dramatically minimise loss or damage and injury to workers, in any organisation.)
