Beauty Products: Facial course

Duration: 2 days (9.30 - 3.30)
A facial involves a deep cleansing of the skin. The main effects of a facial are stimulation, cleansing, toning and refining the skin. Following a facial, the client will feel enhanced confidence and a feeling of well-being from the improved condition of the skin and relaxing facial technique. An ANBA diploma is awarded upon successful completion of this course. IHBC/NVQ optional.

This course will cover:

Professional ethics and client records
Safety and Hygiene
Contra indications to the treatment
Preparation of client and materials

Skin cleansing
Skin inspection and diagnosis
Facial massage covering face, neck and shoulders
Skin toning and moisturising
Client aftercare advice
