GET IN STATE FREE
Contestants get started! Get five referrals in that are not on my mailing list and get in state free! Sell ad pages to get into state FREE! Ad pages sell for $100.00 each page. Business cards sell for $10.00 each (10 cards per page), 1/2 page ads are $50.00 and 1/4 page ads are $25.00. Sell five pages and get in state FREE! Sell three pages and get your registration fee paid. The contestant with the highest number of ad pages gets her picture on the front cover of the program book. The next highest number of ad pages gets her picture on the back cover.
HOTEL ACCOMMODATIONS
We will be at the beautiful new Courtyard Marriott in Gastonia, NC. The rooms are spacious and our rate is $69.00. Please book your room early because I only have a 20 room block and the block will be off March 15, 2003. The Marriott has an indoor pool, ot tub, fitness center and full cooked breakfast in the morning.
REGISTRATION FEE
This fee is mandatory for all beauty contestants. This fee covers the cost of paperwork and printing of forms. For this fee, your picture will be printed in the state program book. No applications will be accepted without this fee. Due to the cost of printing, this is nonrefundable. Pictures should be submitted as soon as possible to guarantee your spot in the program book. All pictures will be returned at check in. Picture must be of proof size, color or black and white, preferably a head to shoulder shot. If your picture is not the above stated size, you will be charged a set-up fee of $10.00. Black and white pictures with a light background print the best.
DEADLINES
Deadline for picture for the program book and pageant is March 15th, 2003 no exceptions. Applications will be taken after deadline with a $50.00 late fee. No exceptions this year.
DIVISION GIFT
All contestants should bring THREE (3) gifts for you division. One for the outgoing Queen in your age division, one for the outgoing Mini-Supreme Queen in your age division, and one for the outgoing Grand Supreme Queen for your division. Bring your gifts wrapped to registration. Mark one for your division, one with division Mini-Supreme and one with division Grand Supreme on the outside of the packages. Please put your heart in this as this could be you next year.
