Here it is!!! The first concert story. PLease keep submitting them for all other Ginuwine fans
I saw him sept.12, 1997....which was the time when he was in nyc...only time I heard about him being here.
my mom took me as a b-day present(my b day is 8/15)
and we got there early right...so we were looking into this thing that was
where the limos come in and i saw him get out of the limo *scream*
(ahhhhhhhh). his body guards got out and then he stepped out with his rightleg
stood up andthen took out the other leg. then he was talking and then he went
into his dressing room.....when he arrived, he had on a black jacket with
yellow writing and blue jeans and a white shirt....he looked maddddd
good!!!!!!
He came on afta Dru Hill and he started singing "Pony".....
let me get into detail:
his dancers were wearing white and they were dancing and stuff and then u see
him standing with his bak to the crowd and he was wearing a a leather jacket.
then he took it off and started singing "when doves cry" and then Timbaland
and Missy came out with Magoo and they were singing the second verse to the
rain (beep beep...who got the keys to my jeep etc etc) and then magoo and
missy went off stage and he started singing I'll Do Anything Im Sorry with Tim
and then Tim went off and then G was like "This is for all the ladies who have
had their heart broken. Cuz i know what its like cuz i was goin with this girl
and she broke my heart." he was like so i'm sorry cuz theres motherf***ers out
there....someting something". It was great. then he sang only when ur lonely.
then he was like "I kno yah used to me dancing and sliding" and all that. then
he left. and i was like oh my god...i saw him go backstage and then i saw him
leave in the limo.

The first concert I went to was when he came in July, 1997 at
the Budwiser superfest. It was nice I have row 15 but since I was
on the end I was able to run up to the stage. He was LOVELY.
Words can't even express the feeling I had. When he came out I
ran up to the stage. He sang a couple of songs. He had this
GINUWINE velvet cover up that he came out of. During the concert
he kept jumping down in between the gate and the stage and
walking up and down with the body guards. People was trying to
get to him and he was sweating and touching people blowing
kisses. It was nice. Then the second concert I had front row. It
was a general admission so I waited outside 4 hours to get in front
row, (Unlike the hours I waited for New Kids a while back) but the
concert was getting on the way and he was singing a little debut
and you couldn't see him you could only hear him then he
appeared from behind some curtains and started singing "I am your
man". He was walking up and down the stage singing to us in the
front row and women had gotten up on stage and were dancing.
Then he had gotten mad because they were telling him he had to
cut it short because of the time. Which wasn't his fault because
they started really late. But anyways when they told him he had to
get off he threw the mic and jumped right in the audience. Luckily
he landed right on top of me. I huged his neck tight, I rubbed my
hands through his soft hair and I just hung on as long as I could
until the body guards started tearing him away.

The concert was bomb not just because G and Timbaland and Magoo puton a
good show, but because everyone else there did a good job! It was
Monifah, Next, Montel Jordan (who did the worse), Cam'Ron and Xscape who
didn't perform because one was sick.
When Timbaland and Magoo got on stage we were for sure that they would
be good. They were great!!! Timbaland was trippin telling all the women
that he likes to lick between girls legs!!:) hahaha Timbaland had on a
blue jumpsuit and Magoo was dipped in red from his feet to his head!!
Then, they introduced Ginuwine!! Man.,he was fine!! People who met him
told me that he was shhort and bony. Not true! He is in fact bony, but
not short! I'm tallabout 5'10.5 and he was taller than me!! He wore a
purple suit leather of coarse, and a black shirt with a black hat!
Man.....he was juts too cute and he performed "Pony", "I'll Do
Anything", "Same Ol' G", and "What So Different"! They all sounded so
tight!! He was playing with the audience a lot and he did get a girl
from the audience but he just had her taken backstage. We were sitting
to the side of the stage and he told everyone to come where he was at,
so thats what we did! The security was upset!! But we made it down to
exactly where he was at and he jumped out in the audience twice! Not
directly because it was so many females! We would have left that nigga
naked!! But he jumped out to the side the security right there! I didn't
get to touch him but Timbaland jumbed out and got to touch him!! I was
excited!! Man.....they outdone themselves! They only had 45 mins on
stage but I think they took an hour! So Montel Jordan was supposed to go
on last but he only did one song and looked down right ugly! He was not
matvhing at all and only did one song! But I came to see Ginuwine
Timbaland and Magoo anyway so I got my money's worth!

On SATURDAY OCTOBER 4, 1997 I went to Superfest 97' at the Great Western
Forum. Performing was, Dru Hill, GINUWINE, Aaliyah, Mary J. Blige, and
Bone Thugs 'N Harmony. GINUWINE performed second, which was after Dru
Hill. When he came out, he came out he started doing his dances, after
he was through dancing he procedded to talk about how Timbaland is his
homie and he bought Timbaland out at they were talking. He than did,
"I'll Do Anything/I'm Sorry", after he performed that he was like, "I
know how it is, to get played on. To all you single ladies out there,
and even the fellas, we all been through this. And this goes out, to the
one that broke my heart" he than sang, "Only When Ur Lonely" after that
he sang one of the interludes on "The Bachelor" after he sang "Tell Me
Do U Wanna" then he was like, DO U WANNA RIDE MY PONY?" runnin to each
side of the stage throwin his water in mess. Than he came to *MY* side
of the stage and said "Can I make you say yeah e yeah e yeah uh uh" and
repeated "DO U WANNA RIDE MY PONY?" *HE POINTED AT ME AND I DON'T CARE
IF YA'LL DON'T BELIEVE ME* than he sang "Pony" his dancers was ridin on
fake little ponies. He got ALL FREAKY on this song. All on the
ground...hey I liked it to.
At the end of the song he said "Jump on it" and fireworks came. Since
the concert had so many people, he only got 25 minutes on stage. This
probably seems shorter than 25 minutes, but it was 25 minutes.
Anyways, this CONCERT WAS BOMB. And this Saturday I'm gonna go see my
baby play BASKETBALL at the Forum.

Okay this is how everything started and ended.
I got to the place at 5:15 didn't get inside until 7:30 and G didn't come out
until 11:30.
First Tim came out and he was makin beats and had us sining mad aaliyah
songs. Then Missy came out and sang She's A B**ch. Then G came out and the
crowd went wild. Like he would start to sing and all of us girls would be
singing it and stuff and then he would stop and hold the mic out for the
parts he wanted us to sing and then when he was just singing we would be
singing so much that he would just be like forget it and stik the mic out and
look over his shoulder and smile and laugh and stuff cuz we knew it.
And girl...he went thru about 10 minutes talking about that he was horny and
for us girls to say it and then he went back into the second verse of No. 1
Fan. He then sang freaking u the first verse and then he did Pony and he
asked all of us what was his new single and then he sang So Anxious and girl
when he got into that third verse....whoo!!!!!! He got on the floor and like
rubbed himself against it and kinda humped the floor licking his lips and all
the girls in the crowd were like AHHH! and stuff. When he finished, he goes
"Did y'all like that?" And we all went yeah. Then he was like he's gonna do 1
more thing cuz it wasn't enuf for us so he sang whats so different and then
asked if it was enuf and we said no and he wa slike damn thats not enuf and
then he did a dance and then he leaned into the crowd and then he left.
Okay, he leaned into my section twice and had on a leather glove and i felt
his hand but noi skin so i wa slike no and i started pulling him and pulling
him and then i looked at him and he was smiling and then i got to touch his
wrist and had all his sweat on my hand.....AHHHHH!!!!!! that happened twice
so when i got home, i had sticky hands from his sweat.
Newayz....after G finished, these guyz were teasing us with these backstage
passes and they gave it to one girl and then over by the entrance they were
teasing with a pass and then i saw a back up singer and my dad called her
over becuz my throat hurt so i said to her "Can you help me get backstage cuz
i am one of Ginuwine's biggest fans and I will do anything to prove it." so
she said she would if she could but she can't get me pass the security guards
so i turned to go home and then she was like but i can give you this and gave
me her pass. Then i wa slike thank you so much and i went backstage with my
dad and then i saw Timbaland and I wa slike "Hi Timbaland." and he said "Hi"
and then I wa slike "Can i have a hug?" and he wa slike "sure" and then i got
a hug. Tim is mad short...taller than me...a little...but mad short. His eyes
r mad pretty they glitter in the light. He has cat eyes. Then, I asked him
wehere G was and he told me downstairs and i was like thank you and bye. So
then I went down and waited on this line for 15 minutes and then i got in. I
went in with this otha girl and he gave her a hug and a kiss and an autograph
quickly. Then he opened his arms to me and as i stepped into his open arms, i
said "I love you so much" and he said "aww thank you baby" and he had on this
diamond chain with a diamond cross...all big diamonds and he was hugging me
so tight that i felt like it was imprinting in my chest. He hugged me for so
long at i had time to think. I wanted to say sumthing but when i oponed my
mouth i said "i have four notebooks of nothing but you" all confused and all
and he was like "huh" and i said it again and he wa slike aww and started to
laugh...the only cute laugh. I stared at his ear the whole time. That's when
i realized he had kissed my cheek and it was on my Jaw line. Then, He let me
go and signed my paper with my fav oen and he he was like how do u spell ur
name and what wa smy name and junk and then he gave me anotha tight hug and
anotha kiss and then i left....but b4 my second hug, he said here's ur pen
and i stared at the pen thinking wheres the cap did i give him the cap...i
looked like i was dumbfounded. And then he goes here's ur cap and i got to
touch his hand again..AHHHHH!!!!!! and then i dropped the pen after capping
it. (He's got that magic) and then i got my hug and stuff picked up the pen
and i left. When he kissed me the first time, i didn';t like kiss him and i
remmeber thinking that i forgot to kiss him and i like leaned my face in and
had my lips on his neck...AHHHH!!!!!!!
So when i left i went to my dad all excited and said I met the Elgin Baylor
Lumpkin and i told him everything G did to me 5 times in to minutes and i
left the place saying oh my god i can't believe it i met Ginuwine and then
one of the girls i made friends with wa slike r u okay. I had fun. He is Just
the BOMB!

On a Saturday in 1997, I went to The 92.3 The Beat Summer Jam in Cali. It
was the bomb! The concert featured Dru Hill, 112, DJ Quik, Shaq, Bone- Thugs-
and Harmony, Ginuwine and more. Ginuwine came on after Shaq. I had just got
the tickets that day. It was me and my 2 other cousins. I wasn't in the pit
area, but in the second set of steps(if yall know what I'm tryon to say).
Anyway, they was playin the interlude to "Pony" and Ginuwine's dancer's came
out. It was 2 girls and they had on blue jean shorts with a white T- shirt
flipped up. And he had to men dancin' with them, and they had on black jeans
with a white T- shirt. After the interlude was over Ginuwine came out and
started singin. He had on a white dressy shirt ,with some black dressy pants
, and a black hat. At that point I was doin the rodeo!! In the middle of the
song, he started freakin' his dancers. He was all up on 'em and spankin 'em,
and I was gettin all mad. Then he was like " I gotta get my main man out
here", and he kept on talkin bout Timbaland. Then he was like "come out here
mutha f****". So Tim came and he startin rappin "I'll Do Anything/ I'm
Sorry". Then Timbaland left the stage and a fight broke out on the lawn area.
Yall don't have to believe me on this part but it's true:* while the fight
was goin on everybody looked back at the fight and I glanced at the fight too
but not for long. Then I started payin attention to Ginuwine again and wavin
my hands in the air and then he was like "I see you up there baby". I started
screamin like crazy!!! He started pourin water on himself and on the
audience. Then he played "When Doves cry" and in the middle of that song he
jumped up in the crowd. I was mad cuz I wasn't in that area, but these girls
was all up on him. Then he ran to the other side and then he couldn't get
back on the stage because it wasnt a step but the stage was like 4 feet high
and he needed help. So then he was like " A yo security can I get some help".
I started laughin. Then he finished the song and left the stage. I forgot his
last words but the concert was tight.
