Trucking Angel
He's heading out again,
gotta get back on the road
Won't be back until when
he's delivered his last load
Worrying while he's gone,
for his safety, and his life
comes naturally from being
a loving truckers wife
But I know a little secret
which to you I will confide
Heaven sends down an angel
to ride with him by his side
I know this because I believe
in angels, and God's love
He takes care of His children
from Heavens kingdom up above
His angel journeys with him,
down the highways he must roam
Always guiding and protecting,
every day till he comes home
And should something ever happen
that his angel can not abate
then his angel will be there
as he walks thru heaven's gate
So wherever my trucker goes
I know I need not fear
For he is never all alone
