Moved to San Diego from Pine Valley, Colorado to attend UC San Diego. Hoped that life would calm down after the bizarre events from first two seasons, but he was wrong. FBI Agent Kortni Hope came to him and asked for help in finding his friend Jeff Moore, who had been kidnapped. Unsuccessful, Devin moved to Los Angeles after a year to transfer to USC, in order to be closer to his best friends, but was fatally shot in a freak hostage crisis.
