SHIPPING POLICIES

NOTE: PERSONALIZED Orders USUALLY take 4-5 BUSINESS days to process. We Ship Priority Mail (with Delivery Confirmation), so you should expect to receive your order within 7-10 days.

If you NEED your product more quickly, we have two options:

1. Use our EXPEDITED SHIPPING OPTION ($5.00 Extra). We give your order Priority Processing and ship it on the next BUSINESS day using Priority Mail. Expect to receive your order in 4-5 business days. PERSONALIZED ITEMS TAKE AN EXTRA DAY.

2. Use our EXPRESS DELIVERY OPTION (approx $20.00 extra). We process your order within 1 day and ships the same or next day after processing. We will also use EXPRESS MAIL if shipment is guaranteed to your address before normal priority mail deliveries. EXPRESS MAIL has Guaranteed NEXT DAY Delivery to most metropolitan areas (including Saturdays and Sundays), but may only be Guaranteed TWO DAY Delivery to some rural areas (and may exclude Saturdays and Sundays). PERSONALIZED ITEMS TAKE AN EXTRA DAY.

We ask for a NEED-BY DATE so that we can try to accommodate all of our Customers' needs as well as our production and shipment schedule. NEED-BY-DATE ORDERS are given Priority Ranking in Shipping. MOST of our products are regularly stocked and USUALLY ships within 2-5 of the initial order. IF the product is out of stock, we will notify you by email as soon as we can with an expected ship date. If the expected ship date is unacceptable, we will cancel your order.

DELAYED SHIPMENT REQUESTS: In order to allow you to place an order for a future requirement, we have a DELAYED SHIPMENT REQUEST option. If you specify a delayed shipment date, we will PROCESS your order (and charge your Credit Card) the week prior to shipment, and SHIP your order on the Tuesday or Thursday prior to your "Need-by Date". We take DELAYED SHIPMENT REQUESTS FOR UP TO ONE-YEAR.
