You put on a 28 cent stamp and mail them. The postcard to President Obama is pre-addressed. Be sure to add your return address and signatures! Three Postcards to be sent to your Senators and House of Representative.
Although we don't want you to stop sending your emails, faxes, etc., these postcards are much more visual to the recipient. Hard to ignore!
