CHAPTER 6
On the way home, Minda's head had so many thoughts about her and JC. She really liked him beause of his personality and the way he presented himself. He just seemed like the all around great guy.
Once she got home she decided to take a nice, long, hot, bath to clear her thoughts.
About a half an hour later her phone rang so she decided it was time to get out. She got out of the tub and put a towel around herself to go check who was calling. Since her friends thought she was being tortured she decided to screen the call.
"Hey Minda, it's me JC......." The minute she heard his name she picked up the phone.
"Hello!!" "Oh hey your home!!" "Yep I'm just screening my phone calls until tonight cuz I don't want my friends to know something" "Oh does this have to do with that joke you and Lance played on your friends?" "Uh-huh!! So what can I do for you" "I just wanted to confirm that your coming tonight and ask for directions again cuz Lance missplaced them" "Oh sure where are you coming from?" "Palm Lake Dr. and Kelwood"
"Well take Kelwood all the way to Racson and make a left on to Trench go straight on Trench until you get to Hanton and make a right my apartment Building is at 4987 and just call me so I can buzz you up! K?" "Yeah thanks I'll see you later. Bye" "Bye"

Minda hung up the phone and slid down the wall she was leaning against and sat down with a huge grin on her face feeling really giddy. She then got up to get dressed it was already 6:45. When she was done drying her hair she went to go find something to wear. She decided to wear a cute black skirt about thigh high, and a short black top that showed her stomach. By this time it was 7:30. So she got dressed and did her make up and right when she had finished her phone rang.
"Hello?" "Hey Minda it's JC buzz me up 'Mindy' " "Now you can't come up, you should not have called me Mindy!! I hate that name I mean hate!!" "I'm sorry I didn't mean to call you Mindy it's just a little joke like beam me up Scotty so I said buzz me up Mindy. I come in peace really I do!!" "Oh alright since you pleaded so well come on up" "Thank you"
KNOCK KNOCK
Minda went to the door and opened it.
"WOW!! You look great!!" JC said with his mouth hanging open "Thanks you don't look so bad yourself" "Are ready?" "Yep!" "Ok let's go" "Ok"
Minda grabbed her purse and locked the door. And they left to go to the club
"Hey you look great let's go!" Chris said
When Minda got into the car she looked at the back seat and saw justin smiling at her.
"What are you staring at Justin?" "Do you want the truth?" "Ummmm...... Sure why not?" "Because it's going to show my true side of nottyness" "What great choice of words!!" "I know! So do you want to know the truth?" "Nevermind I'll pass on this conversation. Where's Lance and Joey?" "Oh they went in a separate car they'll meet us there" Chris said. "K cool. Oh yeah Justin you do know that my two best friends are going to be there right?" "Yeah and?" "Well one of them is your age and when I say best I mean like sisters!! So I expect you to keep your hands off!! Understand?" "Yes ma'am but it's not me you should be worrying about it's Joey he's the flirt of the group" "I know but just remember my words or something might happen!! Ok?" "Well what if they fall for my good looks and charm?" "Then they'll go after you but don't start anything and what good looks and charm?" "You know what? you may be older than I am but you sure as hell ain't taller than I am!!" "Whatever" "Uh huh!!" "Hey we're here can you to stop arguing now?" Chris said "Yeah let's go"
