CHAPTER 7
(Transcon Parking lot: 6:00PM)
Kaitlyn got into her Toyota Tercel and exited the parking lot of Transcon. She was on her way to work since Mr. Jening wanted her in the office by eight. He wanted her to organize parade workers, concert workers and any other details that had to be done. She had just finished her little session with the public relations counselor and she was more tired than she had ever been in her life. She made her way onto the freeway and headed for Disney world.

(Lou's office)
"Hey Lou!" Justin said as he busted through the door.
Lou practically threw all the papers he had in his hands into the air. "Justin! You startled me! Don't you ever knock boy?"
"Umm...well, no. But anyways, I need to ask you something." Justin said with a smirk.
Lou didn't look up at him but he listened, "shoot."
"Ok, well, I know that Kaitlyn's only suppose to work for our Disney concert, but we've all grown attached to her and well, we, or I was wondering if there was some way she could come on tour with us?" Justin said hesitantly.
Lou immediately dropped his papers and looked up at Justin, "look Justin, I like Kaitlyn too. But I've set up everything already for who does what job. We can't take every employee with us."
Justin looked sadly at Lou and did his little puppy dog face.
(Lou)
*What am I going to do with that face?*
"Look here Justin, I'll think about it. But I can't promise you anything. Now go on and get!" Lou said at a wide eyed Justin.
Justin ran through the doors and into the recording studios where the rest of the group was.
"Did he fall for it?" Chris said eagerly.
"Like a bee falls for honey!" Justin joked.
"Okay, now that part 1 has succeeded, Lance, your part 2. Make him mad!" JC said as he opened the door for Lance. Lance walked down the hall and nicely knocked on the door.
"Come in" Lou said as he once again read through his papers.
"Hey Lou." Lance said.
"Oh hey Lance." He greeted.
"Umm, Lou, I've been meaning to talk to you about some stuff."
"Like what?" He said looking up at Lance.
"Well, Janet, the girl who's supposed to manage things at the venue's for the tour, well, she's been getting on my nerves. he always asks for help and she always does things wrong."
"Really?" Lou said curiously.
"Yeah, well, I was wondering if she really does have to come on tour with us. She's just bothering me and the thought that I'll be on the road with her for a long period of time really scares me." Lance said as convincingly as we could.
"Well, I'm sorry to hear that Lance. I'll take care of it from here." Lou said standing up and showing Lance to the door.
"Thanks Lou. Hopefully you'll find someone we can all adjust to."
"Oh I'm sure I'll think of something." Lou said.

*What are those boys up to now?*
Lance walked casually down the hall and back into the recording studio where the rest of the guys waited anxiously.
"So is he kicking Janet off the tour?" Joey asked excited.
"I guess, he said he would take care of it." Lance said dissapointed.
"Don't worry about it Lance, Joey, it's up to you to finish giving him the bait. Then it's up to you and me, Chris." JC said. He was always the mature one(when he wanted to be) when it came to important things like this.
Joey nodded his head and headed off to Lou's office. He was suppose to perusade Lou to consider Kaitlyn for the venue arragements manager (the job they were trying to fire the present person, Janet from.) Joey was about to knock on the door when Lou opened the door.
"Yes Joey?" Lou said annoyed.
"Oh hi Lou! how'd you know I was coming down the hall?!?" Joey said sheepishly.
"Well, let me see, Justin was just here ten minutes ago, Lance was here five minutes ago, and here you are! I expect each member here every five minutes now." Lou laughed with humor.
"Well, you must know that I need to talk to you about something."
"Of course I do. That's what've been hearing the every five minutes!" Lou said continuing to laugh.
"Well, I guess it's just that I know yo know that Janet isn't doing a great job and I thought maybe I can help you choose another person for the job?" He said with pleading eyes.
Lou took a moment to think through what he was going to say, "does this person you want to help me find is about 5'9, red hair, blue eyes?"
"Exactly, I think my type of manager!"
"Yeah well, you go run along and bring the rest of the guys over here so I can have a talk with all of you!" Lou said firmly.
Joey fearfully hopped out of the room and Lou began laughing like crazy once the door closed.

"So what did he say?" Justin asked anxiously.
"Well, he's onto us, and he wants to see us in his office right now."
"Uh-oh! Well, don't worry guys, we'll figure something out." JC assured them.
The five of them walked silently to Lou's office. They were all thinking of what to do when Lou yells at them for annoying him about offering Kaitlyn a job on the tour with them.
"Come in!" Lou's boisterous voice echoed the halls once JC opened the door. "Have a seat," he said waiting for all of them to sit down so he could continue, "well, I've had enough of your little antics lately. I know you all mean well but you can understand that a man in my place has to think of your reputations."
The guys held their heads low and dare look at Lou straight in the eye.
Lou continued,"what do you think it would look like with a girl your ages on tour with you guys? Do you know how badly that would ruin your image?"
JC said quietly,"well, we just like having Kaitlyn around. She's doing a good job isn't she?"
"Yes she is JC, but....but, alright! I'll decide whether or not she'll take Janet's job depending if the special goes good. But one thing, you don't tell her. I want to see how she does when she's not being watched!"
The guys all cheered and high-fived each other. "We won't tell her, thanks so much Lou!" Justin said as he gave Lou a big hug.
