CHAPTER 9
(Day after the concert)
Kaitlyn felt so good when she woke up. Even though she didn't get home until three in the morning, she felt good about getting a job with the group for their tour. She hadn't had time to tell the guys that she did get the job. Not only that but she didn't know how to tell them. She wanted to tell them in a unique way.

*YEAH! Sure, of course I can come up with such a brilliant idea.*
She had about an hour before Lance and JC picked her up to go to Lou's house for the after party. Of course there was a mini after party after the concert, but to those five guys, partying until three in the morning wasn't enough!
(One hour and fifteen minutes later: 12:15PM)
Kaitlyn didn't notice the guys were late since she was taking so long to get ready anyways. She was in the bathroom when she heard a knock on the door.
"Who is it?" Kaitlyn asked calling from her room.
"It's me Kaitlyn, Joey."
"Come on in. Make yourself comfy." She said.
Joey walked in and sat down on the couch, "so you got any roomates?" he asked as he looked into the the extra room.
Kaitlyn smiled and quickly knew why he was asking, "why?".
"I don't know. I see you have an extra room, with an extra bed, can I share it with you?"
Kaitlyn walked out of her bedroom and into the living room, "share my apartment with you? Or the bed?"
"BOTH!" Joey said giving her a sly expression and a wink.
Kaitlyn walked over to him and slowly inched between his legs until she was practically leaning on him. Kaitlyn gave him a gentle kiss on the cheek and whispered into his ear, "dream on!"
Kaitlyn jumped up off him and pretended to brush herself off. Joey's jaw dropped to floor like it did when he first saw her in the NYC slip dress. Kaitlyn grabbed her bag and and held the door open until Joey followed.
"Playing hard to get aren't you?" Joey joked.
Kaitlyn ran her finger over his lips and unto his forehead, she smiled and pushed his head back while she turned around and walked away. They got downstairs and Kaitlyn walked over to Lance and JC in JC's red jeep.
"So why'd you bring the horomone boy along?" Kaitlyn laughed as she looked back at a still in awe Joey.
JC and Lance looked at each other confused and just ignored the comment. Kaitlyn shrugged her shoulders and jumped in the back with Lance. Joey hopped in and they were off. The wind didn't sit well with Kaitlyn's curly long hair. At times she thought her hair was whipping Lance in the face except he was just being the sweet sincere gentleman he usually was and not saying anything.
"So where is this party anyways?"Kaitlyn asked.
Lance answered but still didn't look her way, "over at Lou's house. You should see it, it's huge!"

Within half an hour they reached Lou's house. It had large walls surrounding it and a black and gold trimmed gate leading to the driveway. JC waved to the security guard and the gates open. Once the trees cleared, Kaitlyn was in awe over the huge white colonial home that stood at the end of a green grass filled hill.
"WOW! Lou is really living in the lap of luxury isn't he?" Kaitlyn exclaimed.
JC looked at her through the rear view mirror and smiled, "well of course. With a group like us, who wouldn't want a place to relax after a day in the same building as us."
Lance laughed and added, "he means in the same building as Justin!"
Kaitlyn started to laugh to the point where her stomach hurt. She got out of the car with the help of JC. Lou came busting out of the front door and welcomed them with a big smile and evenbigger hugs.
"Come on in you guys. Just go straight through the hallway, left into the family room out to the backyard." He said ushering them in.
The house inside was even more spectacular then the outside, the ceilings were high and a glass dome was above the main entry hall. She followed Lance out to the backyard which once again, was even more breath-taking as the house. She noticed Diane and walked over to her.
"Hello sweetie, I'm glad you came!" She greeted her.
Diane got off the lounge chair and gave her a big hug.
"You kidding me? See those five hyper guys go celebrate? I wouldn't miss this for anything in the world." Kaitlyn admited.
She hugged Diane one more time and was about to walk over to Justin and Chris when JC suddenly came up behind her, "HELP ME KAILTYN!"
"Geez, JC! What's the matter?" Kaitlyn said at his desperate face.
JC scanned around before continuing, "it's Emily. She won't leave me alone! There she is again. If she asks..you never saw me!" He ran off once again and she continued over to Justin.
"Hey Chris, hey cutie!" She said and sat down.
"Hey sweetness." Justin smiled.
"Hey Kaitlyn. Thanks for coming. Want a soda?" Chris, for once, said maturly.
"Of course I would. So where's Lance and Joey now?"
"Lance is talking to Lou and Joey, well, he's right behind you." Chris answered.
Kaitlyn turned her head upwards and saw Joey smiling. He bent down and gave her a big fat kiss right on the lips. Kaitlyn had no time to react. Once Joey pulled away Kaitlyn looked at him surprised.
"Your not going to kill me are you?" Joey said giggling.

*Oh no...I'm just going to ring your neck! No wait, I know!*
By this time everyone had turned to look at them kiss. Even Emily got off JC's back for a moment. Due to Justin's loud "OOOHHHHH".
"No I'm not going to kill you Joey. Actually, want to sit down here next to me?"
"You serious?" Joey said flabergasted.
"Yeah. Have a seat. Why don't you have some of my soda."
Joey was about to lean over the table to get the soda when Kaitlyn got it before he did. She smiled over at him and said, "here you go." She said and poured it down into his lap. Joey jumped up and everyone started to laugh.
"Geez chica!" Joey yelled.
"Hey, you asked for it! You know what Justin?"
"What?" Justin barely got out in between laughs.
"I think I'm going to enjoy this little celebration. What do you say Joey?"
"Yeah sure whatever. Help me clean this off someone!"
"Oh I'll help you," Kaitlyn said and gave him a sweet kiss on the cheek before pushed him into the pool. By this time everyone, even Lou, was laughing like crazy. Joey resurfaced and saw Kaitlyn with her arms crossed and smiling at him.
