CHAPTER 10 (LAST CHAPTER!)

In the last few days, her life had lost its course. Before, it all made perfect sense, but she was dying inside. Now, everything was out of its place, but she knew what she wanted, and that made her the happiest person alive. She had never stopped loving him and now she knew he felt the same. Madly in love. She was aware that by getting back with him she was contradicting what she had decided months ago. However, after experiencing those months, she knew she couldn't do it alone. She needed him by her side, supporting her, caring for her, loving her. And she also knew that they would have to find a way to live through his schedule, because she wouldn't allow him to stop performing, that thought had never crossed her mind. They were going to surpass whatever hardships they would eventually encounter to be together.

He said he would be there in fifteen minutes. Fifteen lonely and cold minutes, which felt like an eternity to her. Finally, the doorbell rang. She quickly got up and opened the door. In front of her stood the man of her dreams. The one she was made for. Her gaze met his. They just stood there, staring at each other, trying to figure out what the other was thinking and feeling.

"Long time, huh?" he murmured.
"Yeah." she agreed, looking intently at him. "Come on in."
"Thanks." the boy replied.

They slowly made their way upstairs to her bedroom, and closed the door behind them. One wall of the room was covered with pictures, mostly of him and the rest of the guys. He stayed there for minutes, re-playing those moments in his mind, smiling at the memories they brought. And she simply sat there, on the bed, watching him closely. She loved everything about him. From his sky-colored eyes to the way his hands seemed to fit perfectly on hers. From his beautiful smile to the way he said her name.

When he turned around and looked at her, his eyes softened. Right then, he knew what he wanted. He wanted her. He needed her. He loved her. More than anything. He let out a sigh and sat down beside her on the bed.

"First off, I wanna say that I'm sorry, little one. I can't continue knowing that you hate me. I... I..." he tried to proceed, but was interrupted by her.
"I don't hate you... I can't even conceive of it. I love you too much." she said. A small smile appeared on his lips and his eyes brightened.
"I love you too. And I should've never said what I did, it was all a lie. I'll wait for you, little one, no matter how long it takes." he said, giving her hand a gentle kiss. The girl simply shook her head. "What? No?... But you promised that we'd be together someday, and here I am, pouring my heart out, and you..." She placed a finger over his mouth, causing him to stop talking.
"I know I said that, baby. And I also know that I can't live one more day without you." she finished, returning his gaze. He didn't say anything, he didn't need to. He knew exactly what she meant by that. He embraced her tightly, making sure it wasn't a dream.
"I love you." he said.
"Ditto." she responded. He placed his hands on her cheeks, and gave her a long and passionate kiss. A kiss they both longed for.
"I still feel butterflies." she whispered after the kiss ended.
"You're not the only one." he replied, kissing her once more. When they broke apart, she rested her forehead against his, and they smiled at each other.
"I missed this." she said while her hand was caressing one side of his angelical face.
"Always and forever, that's the way we'll be." the boy responded, putting his hand over hers. His lips met hers in a sweet and soft kiss, and they were drifted to their own little world, where it was just the two of them, and everything was perfect.
