If Priceline finds tickets at your price, tickets are immediately purchased and charged to your credit card. Because you named your own price, tickets purchased through priceline cannot be changed, transferred or cancelled.

• If we find an airline that accepts your price, we'll immediately purchase tickets and charge your credit card.
• You can check on the status of your request in just 15 minutes by visiting our website and clicking on the 'Check Your Requests' link. You'll have the tickets you want at the price you requested!
• You can make one request (for up to 8 people traveling together) for each trip. If for some reason your offer is not accepted, you can resubmit another request right away if you can change your travel dates and/or add airport choices. It's easy!
• Tickets issued through priceline.com are not eligible for benefits such as, Frequent Flyer miles and segments, or upgrades.
• Since individual flights may not offer all services, we unfortunately cannot guarantee that your special in-flight needs (meals, etc.) can be accommodated.

With priceline vacations, you choose the exact hotel you want. Your exact airline and flight times, however, are not disclosed to you until after your vacation is purchased.

Priceline will select the best available air itinerary (fewest connections and shortest flight time) based on the price you enter. We'll ask for your permission before booking your airline tickets if the best itinerary we can find includes more than one connection or flights that arrive after midnight local time at your final destination.

If your price is accepted, we'll immediately purchase your airline tickets and hotel rooms, and charge the entire cost, including applicable taxes, fees and surcharges, to the credit card you provide.

The price you name is for the total cost of your vacation (before taxes and fees) for EVERYONE traveling. Your price does not include standard government or local taxes or a $5.95 processing charge per passenger for accepted requests. Airport transfers, parking, resort fees, energy charges, phone calls, hotel occupancy taxes, etc., incurred during your stay are the responsibility of the guest and are not included in your offer price.

Airline tickets and hotel rooms issued through priceline are not eligible for frequent flyer miles, upgrades or loyalty points programs.

Once you have purchased a priceline Vacation, no cancellations will be allowed and no changes can be made -- either by priceline or by the hotel and airline that accept your vacation request. We know this policy is strict but it's the reason our name-brand partners are willing to give you their best vacation prices.
