Terms of service:
1. "Nautilus Web Design,( herein after called "the company") will, upon receipt of U.S. $99 together with "your"( herein after called "the customer") instructions, will undertake the design of 5 web pages utilising the services of the WWW free services on offer.
2. Upon receipt of the customers fee and instructions, the company will begin design of 5 web pages in accordance with the customers instructions and is not refundable in any event (see 8 & 10)
3. As soon as work is completed on the 5 web pages, the company shall inform the customer by electronic mail.
4. The customer upon receipt of notification of completion by the company, shall inspect all 5 web pages and inform the company of any amendments and/or alterations.
5. The company will continue to maintain the 5 web pages and make any amendments or alterations as desired by the customer and within the framework of the agreements and regulations as set out by the suppliers of the free services and not contrary to any laws within the country of origin of the customer.
6. The company may , at its discretion, make amendments to the 5 web pages if it feels this will enhance its improvement. The customer will however be informed of all amendments and given the opportunity to reject or accept said amendments.
7. The company will, upon completion of the 5 web pages, submit the first /main page to popular search engines that require no fee for their service.
8. The customer may at any time relinquish the company of its right to maintain the 5 pages. In this event the company shall require an electronic mail from the customer informing them of this process whereby the company shall release to the customer all necessary information in respect of the 5 web pages and relinquish its responsibility in entirety.
9. The company reserves the right to copyright on the original 5 web pages, and requires credit to that fact at all time.
10. The company shall not be held responsible for any cessation of service by any of the organisations involved in the offer of free services on the WWW.
11. The company will not be held responsible for the rating of the first /main page within the search engine.
12. The company will not be held responsible for any legal action taken against the customer in respect of any information, graphics, or photographs contained within the 5 web pages.
If these terms are accepted by you then we would ask that you send us an email with your particulars, whereby an agreement will be dispatched to you for signature.
