CAT DANCE Upon my return from a visit to the USSR, I painted this picture during the time Gorbachev was held in Yalta. It has the feel of a folk tale, of which the Soviets are fond (and so am I). The cat just seemed to appear to me, and it represents the spirit of the people. 16" x 12" watercolor $500

RELICS OF LOST ATLANTIS There are stories within tales in this work. On the surface, it tells of Atlantis. Beneath that, or within, is the story of the sacrificed "Year King". The Priestess-Queen is predominant, while the sacrificed king is seen below, and the successor emerges near her head. 12" x 9" mixed watermedia $300
