	Luck O' The Irish

	March is the month to entertain with an Irish theme. And this is a great month to expect everyone to accept your invitation since it's mid-way between the two most celebrated holidays in the U.S.

I.	Set up a Buffet:
	At one end of the buffet, set up a huge pot of hearty stew, beneath a rainbow. Feature the glazed corned beef (this month's recipe) with a variety of breads & mustards. Have plenty of pink eggs and red flannel hash (send me an Email for these recipes).
II.	Beverages:
	Have a variety of Beer and Ale, including O'Doul's, served in pint-sized tankards.
III.	Play Irish Music:
	There is a huge variety of music to choose from. Be sure to mix it up and include ballards, jigs and whimsical tunes such as the songs of the "Irish Rovers."
IV.	Decorate with Kelly green and sparkling gold:
	Use shamrock designs Irish crystal with gold candles Pewter with wild roses Irish linen and good silver Fashion a mobile from Celtic designs and symbols
