Whether it is with you, in your box or take it through the elite four your PKMN League part of the PC will mess up and your game has a chance of reseting. From personal experience my game has reset twice.

This code lets you battle any pokemon in the game you wish, whether or not that pokemon is in your version. The best way to capture it is to get and use masterballs(code found below) You may put in 3 diff. Pokemon but the 3rd will be rare. You will have to battle a few times to see the pokemon you want.
