Limited Lifetime Warranty Scope of warranty and exclusions. All wooden dummies include a limited lifetime warranty. We will replace or repair at our discretion all wooden dummy bodies that fail due to normal use .Included under the warranty are the following: separation at the seams, breaking/broken off pieces on or near mortise. All limbs are covered for breakage due to wear and tear or product failure. Who is covered? The original owner residing in the continental U.S. only. What is covered? The wooden body, upper limbs(2 per body), middle limb (1 per body) and leg (1 per body). What is not covered?
When doe the warranty end? Upon sale or transfer of product from original owner. How do I file a claim? Contact Asheville Woodcrafters within 30 days of damage/concern. Get a RA# and instructions on how to ship. Upon approval we shall repair or replace at our digression and ship the product back to you using the same method you chose to ship to us.
As of this writing no one has ever filed a claim on a broken/damaged body.
