Meanwhile, in space Sailor Galaxia is telling her first slave, Sailor Iron Mouse about the star seeds, and how she must get them for her so the galaxy could belong to her. Then Mamoru’s plane disappeared in a flash of light.

In Tokyo, an Idol Group, The Three Lights, came and since they were teenagers, started attending Usagi’s school. There were video shoots for their movie in the area, and the inner senshi, Makoto, Rei, Ami, And Minako dragged Usagi along. That’s when they caught their first glimpses of Yaten, Taiki, and Seiya. Usagi proceeded to sneak into a restricted area, where she met Seiya. He told her she shouldn’t be there, and as she was leaving, he called her Meatball Head, which made her sad, because that was Mamoru’s pet name for her. Soon after, she saw Sailor Iron Mouse for the first time. She was in the process of attacking someone for their star seed, so Usagi transformed into Eternal Sailor Moon and challenged her. Then, the monster turned into a human, and Sailor Iron Mouse fled in her phone booth, which is her portal between Earth, and space where Galaxia is. Sailor Moon tried to dodge the monster’s attacks, when out of nowhere came some finger snapping. She turned to see the Sailor Starlights who proceeded to attack the monster, but Sailor Moon stopped them because the monster was human. She healed the monster with her Starlight Honeymoon Therapy Kiss, and when she was done, the Starlights were gone. Usagi couldn’t decide how to tell the inner senshi that more Sailors existed. At the time, she wasn’t even sure that they were good or bad, or why they came after the monster.

Anyway, some time went by, and the Three Lights started attending Usagi’s school, and even though Rei didn’t go there, she started to show up there a lot. Seiya said hi to Usagi one day, which made the inner senshi jealous because she knew him. It also made them wonder how she knew him. Soon, as Sailor Iron Mouse kept showing up, the inner senshi joined the battles. Seiya started to basically follow Usagi around, but she didn’t really like him. A few times Usagi had overheard the Three Lights saying that being idols would make it easier to find “her”. She wondered what they meant. Seiya kept trying to move in on Usagi, and thought he had a chance since she had said her boyfriend was overseas.

Meanwhile, Iron Mouse kept attacking people, but Sailor Moon would always heal the monsters. Through the episodes, it was revealed to us that Taiki is Sailor Star Maker, Yaten is Sailor Star Healer, and that Seiya is Sailor Star Fighter. Galaxia by this time is growing increasingly impatient with Iron Mouse because she keeps failing. In one of the battles, Sailor Uranus and Sailor Neptune showed up. They told Sailor Moon to stay away from the Starlights because they were invaders from outside the solar system.

One day Seiya and Usagi met each other in the park. Usagi was reluctant to go, but she did just the same. He asked her some more about her boyfriend, and Usagi said no matter how many letters she wrote Mamoru hadn’t responded, which led Seiya to believe that Mamoru was playing games with her. Seiya thought that Usagi reminded him of the princess the Starlight were searching for, but snapped out of it, and took Usagi to a disco.

Sailor Iron mouse had done some research, and thought Seiya might be at the disco. She got there in time to see Usagi and Seiya enter. Usagi and Seiya started dancing, and all of the lights went out. Sailor Iron Mouse appeared. Usagi ran off so she could transform, and Iron mouse shot fireballs at Seiya. He dodged the attack and transformed before Sailor Iron Mouse. Soon after, Sailor Moon appeared, and started her speech, when Iron Mouse began to cry. Then she asked Usagi if she wanted to know Sailor Star fighter’s true identity, when Star Fighter blasted Iron Mouse with the Star Serious Laser, so Iron mouse ducked into her phone booth. Then the phone rang. It was Galaxia, who appeared and took away Sailor Iron Mouse’s sailor bracelets, which killed her. That was the first time Sailor Moon saw Galaxia. Just as suddenly as she came, she disappeared. The Starlights told Sailor Moon that Galaxia had destroyed their planet, so Sailor Moon asked if she and her sailors could fight together with the Starlights, but they just told her to protect her own planet, and left.

In space, Sailor Galaxia called forth her other sailors. It was reported that they already had 80% of the galaxy’s star seeds, and the only ones left were on Earth. Galaxia told Sailor Aluminum Siren to get the rest.

Meanwhile, Usagi was trying to tell the inner senshi about what the starlights had said, and how she didn’t think they were bad. Setsuna came, and told her not to trust others so quickly, since there was an evil energy present in the galaxy.

One day in the park, Usagi and Luna were chatting. Luna was in the middle of saying how easily Usagi trusted others, when a little girl with heart shaped pigtails and a white umbrella appeared. Her umbrella flew away, so Usagi caught it and returned it to her. She called her cute, and left. Luna noticed that the girl was following them. Usagi went and asked the girl who she was, but the only words the girl knew were “chibi chibi”, and repeated them a few times. Usagi turned to look at Luna, and when she turned back, the girl was gone. When Usagi got home, her mother scolded her for not looking after her little sister, Chibi Chibi! Later, Usagi and the inner senshi were all observing Chibi Chibi. Ami thought maybe this was the second child of Usagi and Mamoru, but remembered that Setsuna said the King and Queen had only one child. Setsuna appeared and told them to be careful of Chibi Chibi. Then Chibi Chibi vanished. Usagi found Seiya talking to Chibi Chibi. He said she looked enough like Usagi to be her daughter. When she blushed, he said she was hiding something. She also said that he was hiding things, and he admitted to it.

In space, Sailor Aluminum Siren was cleaning her desk, when Sailor Lead Crow, her rival came to check on her. She informed Aluminum Siren of a target for a star seed, and before long, they were on their way. Aluminum Siren took out the guy’s star seed, when Sailor Moon and Sailor Pluto arrived, so Lead Crow showed up too. Sailor Moon asked who they were, and Aluminum Siren cheerfully handed Sailor Moon her business card and introduced herself. Lead Crow got upset at Siren for being so ditzy. She also introduced herself. Pluto attacked them, so they got into a telephone box and left. Sailor Moon healed the monster.

That night, Usagi was writing a letter to Mamoru, and became depressed. Chibi Chibi came in, and they slept in the same bed.

One time, Seiya and Usagi were looking at stars, when Seiya said that every living thing had a glittering star inside their bodies, and the stronger the star, the brighter the glitter. He told her that her glitter was exceptionally bright.

Lead Crow was trying to get the star seed from someone at the high school, so Usagi ran off to transform. Aluminum Siren saw the glitter from the compact, and thought it was the star seed. When Sailor Moon was about to heal the monster, Siren attacked her and threatened to take her glittering star. Then Chibi Chibi ran over to Sailor Moon and touched her tiera. A beam of light came out of it and went into the sky. The inner senshi felt something, as did the starlights. The starlights thought it was their princess. Then Chibi Chibi and Sailor Moon were in space ,with Chibi Chibi also in a sailor outfit, where they proceeded to touch hands, which powered up Sailor Moon, and gave her a new power : Silver Moon Crystal Power, which she then used to heal the monster. Then the starlights showed up, and Siren split. The starlights asked Sailor Moon what happened, but she didn’t know.

The Three Lights were going to debut their new movie on an airplane, and all the fan club members were going. Usagi wanted to go, but no one, not even the Three Lights had any to give her. She was very sad. But later, Chibi Chibi handed Usagi a letter including tickets to the debut. The letter was from Sailor Aluminum Siren. Usagi headed to the airport. When she got there, she begged the stewardess to stop the flight, but the stewardess pushed her on the plane, and it took off. Usagi’s seat was next to Seiya’s. Seiya asked how she got a ticket, but she couldn’t tell him about Siren. At that time, Siren was releasing sleeping gas into all the cabins. Then, three monsters strapped the Three Lights to their seats. Siren appeared and told Usagi to exchange her star seed for the lives of everyone, as Usagi or Sailor Moon. Then, The inner senshi appeared in civilian form and fought the stewardesses, who were droids used by Siren. Siren tried to grab Usagi’s transformation brooch, but dropped it. She was ready to blast Usagi with her sailor bracelets, when Seiya ripped out of the seat and transformed into Sailor Star Fighter. Then Taiki and Yaten freed themselves and transformed also. The inner senshi couldn’t believe the identities of the starlights. Then the inner senshi transformed into sailor form, surprising the starlights. Then, the stewardesses were ready to attack, so the starlights kept them subdues, and the sailor scouts finished them off. Siren was now outnumbered, so she left. She returned to Galaxia, and in the shadows, another scout blamed her for what had happened. Siren tried to tell Galaxia that she knew where the star seed was, but Galaxia refused to listen, and took away her bracelets, killing her. Lead Crow was shocked and upset. Though she and Siren had been rivals, they shared a very close and unique bond. The sailor in the shadows was revealed to be Sailor Tin Nyanko. Lead Crow hated her, especially for helping to convince Galaxia to kill Siren. But Galaxia forced Nyanko and Crow to work together in search of the star seeds. Galaxia also mentioned feeling a strong fluttering on Earth. Lead Crow said she would defeat Nyanko in the end.

Usagi went to a Three Lights event, and Seiya was supposed to read a postcard. Instead, he made up a pen name and told Usagi a message. Taiki and Yaten got angry. Later, Usagi thanked him, and they heard a scream. Usagi rushed off, and when Seiya went to follow her, Taiki and Yaten held him back.

Usagi transformed, and saw Lead Crow trying to take the star seed from a DJ, but it wasn’t the real one, so she turned him into a monster. The monster attacked Sailor Moon, and then the inner senshi arrived, and subdued it so Sailor Moon could finish it off. Lead Crow arrived, and remembered that it was their fault that Siren had died. She was going to fight them, but Nyanko said it was stupid, and tried to shoot Sailor Moon with her bazooka. Star Fighter jumped in the way and took the hit. He crashed to the ground. Healer and Maker attacked Crow and Nyanko, so they fled in their telephone box. As Healer and Maker dragged Fighter, who was badly injured, away from the scene, they told the sailors to defend their planet, but not to get mixed up in the Starlights’ battles.

The outer senshi confronted the Three Lights, telling them to stay away from Usagi. They almost got into a fight, when Seiya agreed not to see her anymore.

Seiya called Usagi, and told her to go to a Three Lights show, and listen to his song. The concert was at a carnival, and since the show was sold out, Usagi decided to watch it from the Ferris Wheel. Seiya thought she wasn’t there, but saw the glitter from her compact. He sang his song, but it was different. He explained about Galaxia, and how she wanted to get the star seeds, so she could own the galaxy. He sang that his planet was among those destroyed by Galaxia, but that their final hope, the princess, had escaped to Earth, and they had followed. When the song ended, Seiya fainted.

Lead Crow was at the concert looking for the star seed, and created a monster. Usagi transformed and tried to protect Seiya. The outer senshi came and blasted the monster, and Sailor Moon healed it. The outer senshi were mad at the Three Lights for letting Seiya see Usagi, but Usagi took the blame. Taiki and Yaten were carrying Seiya away, and he thanked Usagi. She tried to run to him, but Haruka stopped her.

Chibi Chibi was walking through the city, chasing a pink butterfly, when she reached a lake with many butterflies. She walked out on top of the water, following the butterflies. They gave Chibi Chibi a censer that turned her into a sailor scout.

The Three Lights began to notice the fragrance of the princess on Chibi Chibi.

Lead Crow found Siren’s secret diary and looked in it.

Galaxia felt the presence of the princess, and said that no matter how many star seeds she had, she couldn’t take over the galaxy as long as the princess existed. She asked Nyanko if she had gotten the star seeds, when Lead Crow came in and said she knew who the owner of the star seed was.

Meanwhile, at a school festival, Chibi Chibi was outside. She saw a butterfly, and started to chase it, as she had the previous one. Then she opened her bag and took out the censer. Taiki and Yaten came, and started to chase her, as they were after the censer. Makoto saw and tried to stop them. The other girls and Seiya arrived shortly, and after a brief discussion, the Three Lights left. Soon, Sailor Lead Crow appeared, and she knew that Usagi was Sailor Moon from Sailor Aluminum Siren’s diary.

Yaten and Taiki told Seiya that Chibi Chibi had the fragrance of the princess, and that she also had a censer. Seiya saw the pink butterfly, and felt something. He took off.

Meanwhile, Lead Crow was badly beating the inner senshi. The Starlights arrived, and Lead Crow said that she knew they were the Three Lights. She pulled out a capsule that contained a black hole, and demanded Sailor Moon give up her star seed. The inner senshi would not let her give up, but she didn’t want them to get hurt. Sailor Lead Crow took the star seed, turning Sailor Moon into Usagi. A blast then proceeded to hit Lead Crow, and she dropped the capsule, which broke. A black hole was created, sucking up Lead Crow, killing her. Tin Nyanko came and tried to retrieve the star seed, but Chibi Chibi came in between she and Usagi. The black hole swallowed Usagi, Chibi Chibi, and the star seed. Nyanko was giving up, and preparing to leave. Then an explosion came out of the black hole, destroying it.

Chibi Chibi held her censer, and a huge beam of light came out of it. Usagi floated in the air, and the princess came and held Usagi in her arms.

When the princess came to the ground, The Starlights began to cry. She thanked Chibi Chibi, and told of how she had been watching Usagi from inside the censer. She told of a holy war that had been going on throughout the galaxy that was called the Sailor Wars, and that the sailor senshi had always fought against evil, but the strongest senshi sealed chaos, which was the source of all evil, in the galaxy, and chaos had reappeared.

She continued to speak of how Galaxia wanted to get the star seeds and put the galaxy in a state of chaos, but there was hope as long as the ‘light of hope’ existed, that the legendary sailor scout had left. The princess had come to Earth to find that power. Healer said that they should just reclaim their planet, but the princess explained that if they didn’t find the light of hope, they couldn’t seal chaos away. She asked Sailor Moon to help, but Uranus and Neptune called The Three Lights and their princess selfish. The Starlights got angry. The princess told Sailor Moon that she believed in her, and walked away.

Galaxia noticed Lead Crow’s disappearance. She felt the energy of the princess, and not knowing it was her, vowed to find it. Tin Nyanko came and told Galaxia that she knew where the star seed was, but didn’t have it. Galaxia didn’t want to hear of her failures, and sent her away.

That night, Haruka and Michiru stood outside Usagi’s house by Haruka’s car, because they knew the enemy was after her. Usagi called Mamoru’s answering machine so she could hear his voice.

The next morning, Minako and Rei came to pick Usagi up so they could walk to school together. Once at school, Minako, Ami, and Makoto gave Usagi some defense items, including a whistle. They stuck by her at all times, never leaving her alone. They told her they didn’t want anything to happen to her while Mamoru was away, and the mention of his name brought tears to her eyes.

Tuxedo Mask (Mamoru) always showed up in the nick of time to save her from danger, and made his presence acknowledged by throwing a red rose at the enemy, stunning them so Sailor Moon could attack.

Since Usagi was so upset all of a sudden, they let her go to the Crown video arcade to be by herself. Rei got upset with them, since it was so dangerous to leave her alone.

Usagi went out on the roof, when Tin Nyanko came out in disguise as a student, like Usagi. Then she transformed into Tin Nyanko, and attacked Usagi. Usagi quickly transformed into Sailor Moon, and the two started fighting. Suddenly, a red rose came flying and hit the enemy. Sailor Moon thought that maybe it was Tuxedo Mask, and her heart raced. It was Seiya. He transformed into Fighter, and attacked Nyanko, encouraging Sailor Moon to use hers. Sailor Moon attacked, and managed to hit Nyanko, who got into her telephone booth before being completely healed. One of Nyanko’s bracelets shattered, and she turned from all black, to black and white. She was now half evil, half good. Usagi was sad because the rose reminded her of Mamoru. Seiya got serious and asked her if he wasn’t good enough. She just stared at him.

Later that night, Rei was at Usagi’s house. Rei asked her about whether she had decided between Seiya or Mamoru, and she saw a picture of Mamoru on her desk and started crying. Rei was amazed, and asked if they had talked at all. She couldn’t believe that Usagi hadn’t heard from him. She wondered why Usagi hadn’t said anything.

The Three Lights’ final concert was coming up. The princess told them to cooperate with the sailor senshi, but Taiki and Yaten insisted they could defeat Galaxia by themselves.

Ami didn’t like to see Usagi so upset, so she called the university in America. To her surprise, they said Mamoru hadn’t arrived yet.

Usagi and Chibi Chibi were walking in the rain, when they ran into Haruka and Michiru. They told her that she liked everyone, and to stay away from Seiya, and to say goodbye to him.

Before the final concert, they arrived. Seiya asked if he could see Usagi alone, and Haruka gave them 5 minutes. Seiya told her he was serious. He liked her a lot. He said he was going all out for the final concert, and that he hoped he could meet Mamoru. She apologized to him, but he said it was okay. He kissed her on the cheek, and said he wished he had met her sooner.

During the last song of the concert, Chibi Chibi began to glow. Then, Nyanko appeared on the stage, and demanded the star seed. Neptune, Uranus, and the princess also appeared on the stage. The princess said that Nyanko’s memories of being a good sailor were returning. The Starlights transformed and Nyanko attacked. Then Sailor Moon appeared.

Uranus and Neptune started arguing with the Starlights, and the princess told them to stop. She and Sailor Moon told them they had to work as one. Then Galaxia appeared. She took Nyanko’s remaining bracelet, killing her. The princess created a force field for herself, but Galaxia blasted it so many times she penetrated it, and blasted the princess. Galaxia took her star seed. Sailor Moon tried to heal Galaxia, but nothing happened. She left. The princess told the Starlights to combine their powers. Chibi Chibi held the princess’ hand, and the princess whispered “a warm feeling”. Then she died.

When Galaxia left, everything started to fall apart. She appeared on all the TVs and said the entire galaxy belonged to her, and she wouldn’t allow ugliness. The Starlights said that was the same thing that happened on their planet. Mercury used her computer and located Galaxia at Ginga TV. The Starlights started to leave. The sailors tried to stop them, but they said their duty was to protect the princess, and since they had failed, they would take revenge on Galaxia.

Galaxia sent a stream of black lightning at Sailor Moon, but Saturn’s Silence Wall stopped it. Pluto and Saturn had arrived. At the TV station, Galaxia trapped the Starlights, and brought them to her dimension. Setsuna appeared and told them that Galaxia had taken over most of the galaxy. The outer senshi all got up and left. Ami located them as near the Ginga TV station, so the inner senshi headed off also. When they got there, a force field surrounded Ginga TV. Then a TV screen turned on, showing Galaxia fighting the Starlights. She was hurting them badly. Then, the outer scouts arrived and saw what was happening. By now, Sailor Moon was crying. Then a ball of pink light appeared, with Chibi Chibi inside. Sailor Moon cried out to her.

Galaxia was about to finish off the Starlights, when the ball of light appeared in front of them, and the sailor senshi came out of it. Sailor Moon told Galaxia to leave the planet, and Galaxia said she would if Sailor Moon gave her the star seed. She refused, so Galaxia blasted the Starlights. The inner senshi jumped in the way, and got blasted instead. Their star seeds came out.

In the control room, Sailor Pluto said the glitter of the planets was fading.

Galaxia took the four star seeds, and the senshi collapsed. The Starlights were extremely surprised to see the inner senshi make such a sacrifice on their behalf, but the inner senshi said that Sailor Moon and The Starlights were important to them, and asked them to protect Usagi and the world.

Sailor Moon ran to Sailor Mars as the inners were fading away. Sailor Moon called out their names, and began to cry. Sailor Mars placed her hand on Usagi’s head, and told her not to be a crybaby. Then she faded away.

Sailor Moon let out an anguished scream, and turned to Galaxia. She yelled at her and told her to give them back. Galaxia blasted her, and showed her the star seeds she had already collected. Sailor Moon saw a gold one, and felt the presence of Mamoru. Galaxia said the star seed was for Earth. She explained that everyone had a star seed, but the ones that glittered forever belonged to the sailors. Sailor Moon thought of her friends, and Galaxia went to boast about collecting the star seeds. Then she recalled the battle with Mamoru.

When his plane was attacked by that flash of light, it disappeared into another dimension. He turned into Tuxedo Mask and went out on the wing of the plane. He asked her about her actions, and she replied that the galaxy belonged to her, and she could do as she pleased. He launched himself at her to attack, but she blasted him, and his star seed came out. He told her of the sailor senshi. He said they would defeat her. Then he whispered “Usagi”, faded away completely.

Sailor Moon started to cry even more. Galaxia went to blast her, but Fighter jumped in the way. Before they were hit, there was a flash of light, and they disappeared. Galaxia was puzzled by what light could actually be allowing them to escape.

Sailor Moon woke up somewhere in Ginga TV, with the outer senshi. She started to cry when she remembered the inner senshi were gone.

Uranus, Neptune and the Starlights were ready to face Galaxia, but Neptune said the Starlights were in no condition to fight. The Starlights said they had survived again, always with the light of hope. Saturn asked fighter if she liked Sailor Moon, and when Fighter said yes, Saturn said it was good, because they had the same hope in their princess. Pluto said they would win, and she and Saturn left.

When they got there, Neptune and Uranus were up against Galaxia, and seemed to be having no effect. Uranus tried her Space Sword, but Galaxia it held up with her hand and laughed. Then she knocked Uranus away, and started to attack the outers, so Saturn used her silence wall to block the attack. She told Galaxia to leave Earth.

Chibi Chibi woke up in Sailor Moon’s arms, and overheard the Healer saying they had nothing left to protect, and Chibi Chibi ran over to the Starlights and said “not left?”. She was reminding them that the inner senshi had died for them. They remembered, and got up, as did Sailor Moon. They were ready to face Galaxia.

The outer senshi were still battling Galaxia, and when Pluto and Uranus used their attacks, Galaxia knocked them away. Galaxia laughed, and said the attacks couldn’t hurt her. Then Saturn pointed her silence glaive at Galaxia’s throat, and said she would kill her, even if it cost her her life. Galaxia said she revived a past enemy for the sole purpose that Sailor Saturn would also be revived. She wanted all the star seeds. She attacked the senshi, breaking Pluto’s Time Staff, and Saturn’s Silence Glaive. Before she finished them off, she offered them the option of trading their star seeds for sailor bracelets, and becoming evil senshi. She said they could live forever without the star seeds, Pluto and Saturn immediately refused, while after some consideration, Neptune and Uranus agreed. They said even though they would be in hell, they would be together. So Galaxia took their star seeds, and gave them bracelets so they wouldn’t die. Galaxia pitted them against Pluto and Saturn, ordering Neptune and Uranus to get the star seeds. They let loose blasts from their bracelets, and Saturn and Pluto closed their eyes and took the blasts.

Then, Sailor Moon and the Starlights rushed in. Sailor Moon saw Pluto and Saturn fading, and rushed over to them. They told Sailor Moon it was all right, and no to forget her trusting heart. They faded away.

Sailor Moon saw the bracelets on Uranus and Neptune, and was shocked. Galaxia ordered Neptune and Uranus to get Sailor Moon’s star seed. Sailor Moon said they were friends, as if in denial, so they replied they would take it in a way that wouldn’t hurt, “because they were friends”. Galaxia told them to show Sailor Moon harsh reality. Uranus used her World Shaking on Sailor Moon and the Starlights. Fighter tried to protect Sailor Moon with her Star Serious Laser, but they were all engulfed in the World shaking. In a dreamy sequence, Usagi was with all the senshi in their school uniforms, who told her everything was an act to defeat Galaxia. Then Usagi saw Mamoru and Chibi-Usa, and Mamoru told her the fighting was over. Usagi cried for joy.

Then, she woke up. She was with Chibi Chibi, and saw Sailor Uranus nearby. She ran to her and pleaded for Uranus to admit they had a plan for Galaxia, but Uranus slapped her. The Starlights came and attacked her, but Uranus insulted them, and said that they couldn’t even protect their princess.. Fighter got angry and attacked Uranus, actually landing a punch, but Uranus knocked her away. Uranus and Neptune then used their attacks, blasting everyone outside in a huge explosion.
