is a wild and crazy type of person who was born in New York in October of 1979. When she was young she was always in the modeling scene. Natina then moved to Atlanta where she met Shamari.

It was even in the 5th grade that people were impressed by this talented lil' diva. Shamari's says:

"Everybody said, Ohh that's Natina when she walked in on the first day of school, like she was already a star or something" " She came in and she was dressed up with this sparkly like show time , colorful sweater. And everybody was like, 'That's Natina. She's from New York. She models and stuff.' And I was like, 'Ooh, I wanna meet this Natina.' Me and Natina just clicked every since." Yet the two girls were bad in school, always getting into trouble, they had to be seperated and put in two different classes. They was still cool though.

Natina had many goals as a child. "I wanted to be Miss America, a veterinarian, a movie star," says Natina who often played drums in her uncle's church. Her father was also a preacher. As a youngster, she modeled and as she got older Natina began writing rhymes and making up jingles that led to her recording career.

Later down the road, Natina and Shamari got into a group called, Butz, which was a 4 girl urban country singing group. Natina left and parted ways, still friends with Shamari.

At the age of 14, she became friends with Ronald Lopes. They hung out and everything and he introduced her to his sister, Lisa " Left Eye" Lopes of the Atlantan girl trio, TLC.

Lisa and Natina became friends. "I had been friends with Lisa [Lopes] but we never really talked about music until one day when she heard my jingle for Now & Later [candies]," says Natina, who took Lopes' advice and pursued music. Natina also did jingles for Sprite as well.

Lisa thought that Natina had such a talent for writing and rapping that she should either go solo or she was going to help her be in a east coast rap group. Natina appreciated Lisa's help, but didn't want neither of those choices. Well Lisa said that if she could find some people to be in a group then go for it, an I will help you out.

The first person Natina called was Shamari. She was in another group at the time called Intrigue, but Natina persuaded her to leave the group and Shamari agreed. Shamari knew of Brandi from the talent show and brought her along, and Blaque was tight ever since.
