- A Closer Look

If you can remember Pong, the old Atari classic, you might find this game to be like it. Except of course, the game is more then just two lines on opposite sides of the screen deflecting back a tiny square block back and forth.

The point of this game is to deflect a ball to the opposite side of the room and pop different objects against someone who is trying to defend those objects. You control a character that is able to move anywhere on their half of the screen. You must defend and also try to pop some objects on the opposite wall that your very opponent is trying to defend against you doing!! When you pop all their objects, you win, when they pop all yours, you lose. You're able to pull off special defenses that have some strange and weird effects to the ball. Each character has their own special ability to defend. Also you're able to dash, so you can quickly reach the ball if it's far from your reach. Sounds easy huh? Well it's a little harder then you might think.

The game is one of the newer Neo Geo games. It was released in 1998. The characters designs are very cool, they all have an anime look, but when on the playing field they have a SD look to them. Very cool designs, almost hilarious sometimes.

Simple idea, yes, easy to play... you decide.
