PRESENTERS

Nancy Rich, M.A., LPC, C.T.S.

Ms. Rich has over 29 years of experience in the Emergency Mental Health field. She is Director of Trauma Management Consultants, a firm that consults with businesses after critical incidents. She also serves as Clinical Coordinator of the Mayflower Critical Incident Stress Debriefing Team in Denver. Ms. Rich has lectured and consulted nationally and inter- nationally on first responder stress, behavioral emergencies, crisis intervention and disaster psychology. The American and International Critical Incident Stress Foundations have both presented Ms. Rich with awards for outstanding contributions in the field of Critical Incident Stress.

Patricia Tritt, RN, MA

Director of EMS and Trauma for HealthONE in Denver, Colorado, Ms. Tritt has been actively involved in Emergency Medical Services and Trauma systems for over 20 years. In 1985, she organized the Mayflower Critical Incident Stress Management Team, and continues as team coordinator. She has also coordinated the Colorado Critical Incident Stress Management Network since 1988. Ms. Tritt has been an active lecturer and CISM team trainer for over 15 years. She is an approved trainer for basic and advanced courses and has conducted trainings across the U.S. and in Canada and Australia. She is a certified trauma responder and contributing author on stress and EMS issues for numerous emergency services texts.

Pat Bradley, M.A., NACC, LAT

Pat Bradley is a hospital chaplain at the United Medical Center in Cheyenne, WY. He is a certified member of the National Association of Catholic Chaplains and a Certified Pastoral Counselor with the College of Pastoral Supervision and Psychotherapy. He is an instructor for the course Religious Aspects of Domestic Violence. In addition to his theological training, Pat has a Masters Degree in Counseling from Colorado Christian University. He is an ordained Roman Catholic deacon with over 22 years experience in parish ministry and pastoral counseling, as well as chaplaincy. A nationally known speaker, Chaplain Pat has presented workshops for the Association of Professional Chaplains, the Health & Sciences Television Network, and local chaplain groups. Pat is chairman of the Governor's Domestic Violence Elimination Council.
