The Trauma Center is pleased to offer, through its Community Services Program, a 20-hour Basic Certificate Course providing development, training, credentialing and ongoing technical assistance to School and Community-Based Critical Incident Response Teams (CIRT's). The School and Community-Based Critical Incident Stress Management (CISM) course is designed for school districts, local community youth alliances, municipal governments, and behavioral health care consortia. Upon completion of the course, attendees will receive a certificate from The Trauma Center indicating that they are credentialed to conduct Basic School and Community-Based CISM Defusings and Debriefings.
