"Hey." Nick said as he walked up to Alex.
"Hey."
"I didn't know you were going to be in town."
"Well, I didn't know until 3 days ago."
"How long are you going to be here?"
"Around a week, maybe a little more."
Nick nodded.
Both twins stood there and watched their older sibling. Aaron and Jason looked at each other and then began to make out with their hands.
Nick and Alex looked at them, "You guys are sick." Nick commented as he looked at them and then at Alex
"Well, aren't you going to kiss her?" Jason asked
"Not in front of you!"
Aaron and Jason looked at each other, "EWWWW!!!" with that they ran off.
"We're going to go to my room and play." Angel said leading Jasmine into the house.
"I was going to go out on my boat, you wanna come?"
Alex shrugged, "sure."
"Let me go tell mom."
Alex followed him into the house, "Mom, Alex and I are gonna go out on the boat, is that okay?"
Mrs. Carter looked up at her son, "That's fine with me, don't stay out to long."
"We won't."
"Oh, but the twins." Alex said remembering her brother and sister
"Oh, I'll watch them, they will be fine. They won't even know you're gone." Mrs. Carter reassured her.
"Well, if that's okay with you. If they get out of hand just kill them."
Mrs. Carter laughed, "Okay, if you say so. Nick, just don't stay out to long."
"Okay mom, we won't." He opened the door for Alex and they made their was down to the dock

Mrs. Carter watched her son and smiled, she had never seen her son look or act like that before.

Alex glanced at Nick and thought how cute he looked. He was just wearing Jean shorts and a T-shirt, but he looked so cute. She didn't know that he was thinking the same thing about her
Nick looked at Alex at least 20 times before they reached the dock. He thought she looked more beautiful than the last time he saw her. He had never seen her in shorts before and thought she had nice legs He figured if she knew what he was thinking she probably slap him.
"Do you go out a lot?" Alex asked as she helped him untie the boat.
"It depends." He said as he helped her in and went to start the engine.
They were several miles out when Nick shut of the engine. Alex sat down on the back and let her feet dangle in the water, "It's beautiful out here. I can see why you love to come out."
"Yeah." Nick said as he sat down next to her. "I was surprise to see you."
Alex smiled, "And why was that."
"I don't know. I guess I just never thought about you coming to my house."
Alex didn't reply, but just sat there and looked out at the ocean
"You know, when I saw you something became so clear..."
"What was that?"
"That I love you."
Alex froze, he had never said that before. She didn't know what to think, she didn't know if she could think. So many things ran thru her head she wanted to scream, but she couldn't. She finally looked at him, he was watching her. As soon as she looked into those blue eyes she knew that she loved him too, maybe more than anything.

Nick watched as Alex's mouth fell open. She continued to stare out at the ocean and then turned to look at him. He couldn't help himself so he leaned over and kissed her. After a moment she broke the kiss and looked at him. She was still really close and then she whispered, "I love you too, Nick."
Nick didn't know whether to get up and dance or just scream, instead he kissed her again. It was such a sweet moment until a wave went under the boat and caused Nick to loose his balance and fall right into the water.
