Alex slid down in the leather seat next to Nick. He was listening to his Discman and seemed to be ignoring her. Alex sighed and tapped him on the arm. Slowly Nick turned to look at her. Alex mouthed the words 'can we talk?'. Nick pulled his headphones off and looked at her.
"What are you so mad at me?"
"I'm not mad." Nick said stiffly
Alex tried not to laugh, "sweetie, I think you are."
"No, I'm not."
"Nick, please stop acting like this and just talk to me."
Nick sighed, "Nothing is wrong."
Alex gave him a look, "Nickolas, stop lying to me. I don't think it's funny."
"Well, I don't think you and A.J. flirting constantly is funny either!"
Alex looked at Nick for a moment, "Oh I see, you are jealous."
"I AM N..."
"You are aren't you!" Alex said
Nick huffed and crossed his arms.
"Ahh Nick, I'm sorry. I'm not flirting with A.J."
"Well, you sure fooled me!"
"Nick, please don't get all mad. If you haven't noticed I'm not going out with A.J., who just happens to have a girlfriend I might add, I am going out with you."
Nick sat there for a minute before looking at her, "I am jealous..."
Alex giggled, "And you are cute when you're jealous too. I’m sorry, I didn't mean to make you mad. This was suppose to be a fun trip."
Nick waited a minute before giving her that $100 dollar smile, "I'm sorry, I was acting like a jerk..I just don't like the thought of.." he trailed off
"Of what?" Alex asked
"Of you and A.J.!"
Alex laughed and Nick silenced her with a kiss.
Aaron and Jason watched the whole scene curiously, "I hope I fight with my girlfriend." Jason stated
"Why?" Aaron asked
Jason grinned, "So we can make up!" both of the boys giggled but no one noticed the man in the back watchin Nick and Alex very carefully.

They got off at the airport and Mr. and Mrs. Paine along with Jasmine were there to meet their children. "How was it?" Mrs. Paine asked her daughter after giving her a hug
"It was a lot of fun." Alex answered

Alex was doing errands for herself and her mother. She had only been back a day and her mom had her doing all kinds of things. Last night was "family night" so Alex hadn't gotten to see Nick. She had planned to see him today but her mother nagged at her that she had been with him for the past 2 and a half weeks. She was wrong though, even though she and Nick had been around they had not gotten to spend anytime together because of 2 things-their names: Aaron and Jason. Her parents did say she could go out tonight, so Alex was relieved. She really wanted to talk to Nick, because they hadn't got a chance to since their talk on the plane. She walked out of the grocery store and noticed how dark it was getting. She didn't even notice the man in the car that was watching her, and that had been for a very long time.
Alex had 2 more stops to make before she headed home, it was then that she noticed the car behind her. Was it her imagination or had that same car been behind her all day long? Alex dismissed the thought thinking she was just tired. As she pulled up into the parking lot the car followed her. She began to drive around and in no time at all she was certain that the car was following her. She made a quick turn and in doing so was able to see the man's face in the car behind her. She had seen that face before, but where? Alex racked her brain and then it hit her like a ton of bricks. He was the man she had run into several times in Europe! What was he doing here?!
