WHAT A SELLER SHOULD INCLUDE IN A
PUPPY PACKET

1. 2 day supply of puppy’s food and a couple of puppy treats.

2. Container with drinking water for pup.

3. Record of vaccinations.

4. List of recommended vaccinations and dates for giving same.

5. Five generation pedigree.

6. Certified Health Certificate for puppy from your veterinarian.

7. Recommended Health tests and dates when to do same.

8. Puppy Registration Form. (blue slip)

9. Contract of Sale.

10. Picture of sire and dam of puppy if possible.

11. List of suggested reading material.

12. If sire and dam have been PRA tested, a copy of both parents testing results or other proof that puppy is PRA free.

13. If new Mastiff owners and they live far away…if possible supply them with a list of Mastiff owners living in their area.

14. If any testing has been done on puppy, include the test result certificates in packet.

(Note: Seller should always keep a copy of all information included in Puppy Packet)
