Cappella Sistina
If you have never had the chance to visit the Sistine Chapel in person, you now can visit it online. This site shows the wall paintings which were executed by Pietro Perugino, Sandro Botticelli, Domenico Ghirlandaio, Cosimo Rosselli, Luca Signorelli and their respective workshops, which included Pinturicchio, Piero di Cosimo and Bartolomeo della Gatta. It also shows the ceiling paintings of Michelangelo Buonarroti. |
