You must love Lucy - she's chatty, crazy and completly captivating! As a surrogate for friends Dominique and Scotty, Lucy went above and beyond the best pal prerequisite by becoming a second mother to Serena after Dominique's death. This sassy woman has used her powers for good instead of evil - most of the time! Remember, Lucy saved pet Sigmund from becoming a Thanksgiving dinner and stood by Kevin through each of his delves into insanity. But beware! Her impulsive nature and tunnel vision can incite harm, as was the case with Serena's temporary blindness. Still, Lucy's pleas for others' forgiveness can be amusing and endearing.
