Kevin joined a group called the Backstreet Boys. The Backstreet Boys, a group of young men harmonizing in pop/R&B influenced ballads and up-beat tempos, were a universal phenomenon, with extraordinary success all over the globe, compared to that of the Beatles. When I bought their self-titled debut album, I was reassured that Kevin had made the right decision.

Kevin:
After I joined a vocal harmony group called the Backstreet Boys, my life was never the same. Singing with Nick, AJ, Howie, and my cousin Brian was a dream come true. I never expected the band to be such a remarkable success worldwide, but I proved myself wrong. However, with everything comes sacrifice. The one thing I regretted most about my success was the way I had to leave Carrie behind.
