Jannelle sat in the back of the black BMW. “Mom are you sure you want to stay at the hotel?” She turned to her mom for the millionth time that night. “Yes I’m positive, you’re going to stay with Brian like we planed,” Her mother smiled at Brian. Brain Littrell was driving his BMW to the hotel at which her mother was staying. Brian was going to let Jannelle stay at his house for the week she was in Orlando. Jannelle was becoming famous very quickly in the United States. She shared a record label with none other than the Backstreet Boys and honestly she was absolutely sick of hotels, she wanted a nice warm house to stay in for the week. She met Brian one day when she was recording and they talked only for a few minutes, he seemed nice but she hardly knew him enough to move in for the week, but it was either that or stay in a cold only hotel room another week. It was his idea, he should know what its like to be in a hotel all the time. “I’ll call you tomorrow, OK mom?” Jannelle hugged her mom outside the hotel. “That’s fine, you better go because I think those guys over there recognize you,” her mother pointed to a group of three guys. “Bye mom,” Jannelle got into the front seat of the bmw. “I’m so tired,” Jannelle sighed. “Me too,” Brian looked over at her. They had just come from a party their record label was throwing and Jannelle had on a simple black dress and Brian had on a tux. At the party was when Brian suggested that she stay with him for the week. “So do you always let women you hardly know stay at your house?” Jannelle’s 18 year old eyes sparkled. ‘Only the beautiful ones like you’ he thought. “No I just know how cold and lonely those hotel rooms can be, its not the same as a house,” Brian put his hand on hers. “I want to thank you again Brian, this is very sweet of you,” Jannelle looked into his eyes. “Anytime,” Brian began looking at the road again. The ride to Brian’s house was filled with a comfortable silence that Jannelle had never felt before.
